Who We're Looking For:

As a key member of the Maternal Child Health (MCH) team, the Perinatal Quality Liaison collaborates across the MCH Business Unit to educate on perinatal quality standards. The role involves disseminating product information, supporting perinatal quality initiatives, and working with Key Account Directors, Regional Sales Directors, Territory Account Managers, and Clinical Education Specialists to manage relationships with integrated delivery networks and other health entities as designated.

About the Role:

  • Educate, develop, and support the implementation of perinatal standards, bundles, and toolkits while serving as an expert resource related to perinatal quality standards.
  • Drive the evolution of perinatal guidelines and policies by working with customers to assess current best practices and support development of policies, protocols, and standing orders.
  • Provide education and guidance on perinatal quality program standards, initiatives, and PNQ data collection and evaluation tomonitor progress and outcomes.
  • Partner with customer organizations to advise on quality improvement efforts, engaging key stakeholders such as Quality leaders and advanced healthcare providers.
  • Support data-driven quality improvement through education on evaluation methods, while actively engaging in state-level perinatal quality organizations and attending perinatal conferences within covered states.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in perinatal quality improvement orrelated field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and develop quality initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with Laborie maternal and neonatal health products.
