Schedule Details/Additional Information:
Will be covering 9 half days of patient care. Will be in an outpatient clinic for 7 half days and help cover the midwife inpatient service for the other 2 half days.
Pay Range
$54.90 - $82.35
As a Certified Nurse Midwife, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to women throughout various stages of life. You will work within an integrated healthcare system that values compassionate, evidence-based care while promoting wellness, education, and patient advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
Prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care for obstetric patients
Labor and delivery support, including low-intervention births and assisting in medical management as needed
Well-woman gynecologic care, including routine screenings, contraceptive counseling, and menopausal care
Patient education and counseling to promote healthy pregnancies and reproductive well-being
Collaboration with OB/GYN physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff to ensure coordinated, team-based patient care
Emergency and high-risk obstetric assessment in coordination with maternal-fetal medicine specialists
Participation in quality improvement initiatives and adherence to best practices in midwifery and maternal health
On-call coverage as part of the CNM team to support laboring patients and obstetric triage needs
