Qualifications
The Military Program Manager, under the direction of the Executive Director, and in collaboration with the Director of Clinical Services (DCS) , provides operational and clinical leadership for the Military Behavioral Health Recovery Program. This individual in collaboration with the DCS, is responsible for the day-to-day management, coordination, quality oversight, and continuous improvement of the 28-day inpa tient stay ., ensuring the delivery of evidence-based, trauma-informed care for Active-Duty Service Members, Veterans, National Guard, Reservists, and eligible military beneficiaries.
The Program Manager leads an interdisciplinary team and serves as the primary liaison between clinical services, nursing, medical staff, recreational therapy, case management, business development, military commands (when appropriate) , and executive leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: M aster's Degree specializing in social work preferred, will consider clinical related mental health areas for strong candidates with demonstrated experience.
Experience: Five ( 5 ) years' experience in the mental health /behavioral health field . A plus for experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility and minimum three years leadership experience preferred .
Licensure: Current unrestricted North Carolina LCSW license required : W w ill consider LCSWA with experience and is within one year of national ABSW LCSW test .
Experience in one or more of the following:

    Additional Requirements: C PR certification and Management of Aggressive Behavior training within 90 days of employment . Thorough knowledge of JCAHO/HCFA, OSHA, state and federal regulatory requirements.
