Position Title: Creative Marketing Specialist                  Department: Marketing

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

Position Reports To: Creative Director

JOB SUMMARY

EOTECH is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Creative Marketing Specialist to support the execution of marketing initiatives across EOTECH and its family of brands. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career marketing professional with strong graphic design skills, social media experience, and a passion for content creation.

Working directly with the Creative Director, you will help bring campaigns, product launches, trade shows, and day-to-day marketing initiatives to life through compelling visual content and digital asset production. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, and eager to contribute across a variety of creative disciplines.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Creative Asset Production

  • Design digital advertisements, promotional graphics, email marketing assets, website visuals, and social media content.
  • Develop print-ready marketing materials including trade show graphics, signage, brochures, flyers, and sales collateral.
  • Assist with product launch materials, campaign creative, and brand initiatives across multiple business units.
  • Maintain brand consistency and visual standards across all creative deliverables.

Content Creation

  • Capture photography and video content at company events, trade shows, range days, product demonstrations, and internal projects.
  • Edit photo and video content for social media, website, email, and advertising use.
  • Organize and maintain digital asset libraries.

Project Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather creative requirements and ensure timely project completion.
  • Support marketing efforts for EOTECH and affiliated brands including EOTAK, EVS, MatrEX, and future business units.
  • Assist in coordinating creative projects from concept through final production.

Trade Show & Event Support

  • Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of trade shows, events, and industry exhibitions.
  • Support the preparation and organization of booth materials, marketing collateral, product displays, and event assets.
  • Coordinate event logistics, vendor communications, scheduling, and related administrative requirements.
  • Provide on-site and post-event support to help ensure successful event execution and follow-up.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Assist with website content updates and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with social media content planning, scheduling, and publishing.
  • Coordinate content calendars and campaign timelines.
  • Monitor and respond to social media messages and inquiries.
  • Support affiliate, influencer, and community engagement initiatives.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSBILITY

  • None

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (as demonstrated through experience, training and/or testing)                  

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe InDesign
  • Excellent visual design, typography, and layout skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content best practices.
  • Portfolio demonstrating graphic design and creative work.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Visual Arts, or related field preferred

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.
  • Experience managing social media accounts for a business or organization.
  • Experience within the firearms, defense, outdoor, tactical, hunting, military, law enforcement, or related industries.

BACKGROUND PREREQUISITIES

  • Must undergo and meet company standards for background check, employment verification, pre-employment drug screening, and reference checks.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Photography and photo editing experience.
  • Video production and editing experience.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and website content management systems.
  • Knowledge of Shopify, Meta Business Suite, or similar marketing platforms.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
