Job Title: Materials Associate

Job Summary:
The Materials Associate is responsible for managing the movement, storage, and distribution of materials to support production operations. This role ensures inventory accuracy, timely material availability, and efficient material flow throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, store, issue, and distribute materials to production areas.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory management systems.
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
  • Monitor material levels and replenish stock as needed.
  • Prepare materials for production and customer orders.
  • Maintain organized storage areas and follow 5S and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, receiving, and production teams to ensure timely material availability.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred.
