Location: Hattiesburg, Mississippi

Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

The work is practical: meet with clients, understand what is getting in the way, and help them build a plan they can follow. You will help clients name patterns, practice healthier responses, and work toward goals that are realistic rather than overwhelming. Your day will include scheduled sessions, documentation, treatment planning, and steady follow-up with clients in Mississippi. This role is designed for dependable care, clear expectations, and a therapist who follows through.

Responsibilities

        Support clients with anxiety, depression, stress, adjustment concerns, and related behavioral health needs

        Review progress and update treatment direction when clinically appropriate

        Manage a full-time remote caseload with consistency and care

        Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes

Requirements

        Active Mississippi LPC license in good standing

        Master's degree in counseling, clinical mental health counseling, or a closely related field

        Professional experience providing therapy in outpatient, telehealth, private practice, community mental health, or similar settings
