Dental Billing Success Consultant

Compensation:
Pay is commission-based. Office commission is based on the size of the practice and its insurance collections, and it varies from office to office. All Success Consultants receive hourly pay, at their state's minimum wage, which is treated as an advance toward the commission on the office.
What You'll Do

  • Submit and manage dental insurance claims
  • Resolve claim denials and submit appeals
  • Post insurance payments and reconcile accounts
  • Generate billing reports and attend weekly client meetings
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up on outstanding claims
Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of CareStack dental practice management software
  • Minimum 1 year of recent dental billing experience within the past two years
  • Experience with insurance claims, payment posting, accounts receivable, and appeals
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
