Location and Role Details

Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado

Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

This position is built for a licensed clinician who wants structure, meaningful sessions, and a consistent weekday schedule. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), you will bring a relationship-focused lens to virtual therapy work. You will serve clients connected to Colorado through secure telehealth sessions, keeping care accessible from a private remote workspace. The position is structured, full-time, and focused on high-quality therapy rather than rushed interactions.

Responsibilities

        Document therapy work clearly and within required timelines

        Support clients with communication, conflict, life transitions, and emotional stressors

        Help clients identify patterns that affect relationships and daily functioning

        Track progress and adjust treatment goals when client needs change

Requirements

        Active Colorado LMFT license in good standing

        Master's degree in marriage and family therapy, counseling, psychology, or a closely related field

        Experience supporting individuals, couples, families, or relationship-centered clinical concerns

        Comfort providing therapy through secure telehealth systems

        Strong documentation habits, professional boundaries, and a private workspace for remote sessions
