What we do:
We are seeking applications for a Customer Relations and Match Specialist for our Big Brothers Big Sisters Program, based in Fargo, ND. Since 1904, Big Brothers Big Sisters has operated under the belief that inherent in every child is incredible potential. As the nation's largest donor- and volunteer-supported mentoring network, Big Brothers Big Sisters makes meaningful, monitored matches between adult volunteers ("Bigs") and children ("Littles"). We develop positive relationships that have a direct and lasting effect on the lives of young people.
Job Responsibilities include:
  • Respond to all client and volunteer inquiry calls and process pre-enrollment procedures.
  • Manage School-Based caseload following all required Standards of Practice for inquiry, enrollment, match support and match closure.
  • Carry a small community-based caseload for match support.
  • Assist with volunteer recruitment.

Job Qualifications/requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field, or the candidate shall be within 6 months of degree completion preferred. Will consider an Associate's Degree or two years of higher education experience from an accredited college or university in a human service-related field AND two years or relevant work experience in related field (social work, counseling, social services, child development or other related field); or Four years of relevant work experience in related field.
