What does a terminal support specialist do?

A Terminal Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for terminal systems, which can include computer terminals, payment terminals, or logistics terminals. They ensure that hardware and software components are functioning correctly, assist users with operational issues, and may perform maintenance or upgrades as needed. Their role often involves responding to service requests, diagnosing problems, and coordinating with other IT professionals to resolve complex issues.
