Description
As a Data Integrity Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency and reliability of MLS membership, listing data, products and services. We are seeking a customer facing and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with information, spotting inconsistencies, and keeping records organized and up to date. Primarily, this role collaborates with internal and external teams, communicates with members to resolve membership and compliance issues and requests; and in turn, supports the overall integrity of our MLS systems. This role also includes participating in cross-training initiatives and providing support to various departments, as needed . This is a full-time and in-person role that includes a benefits package.
Requirements
What You'll Do
  • Provide excellent customer service by investigating and resolving data and MLS system related issues.
  • Navigate and maintain information across multiple systems, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
  • Effectively assist and educate members in MLS membership, products, and services with a customer-first attitude.
  • Identify and correct MLS membership, products, and services discrepancies across multiple systems.
  • Troubleshoot membership, product, and/or MLS service concerns.
  • Crosstrain in various functions and assist different departments as business needs evolve.

Basic Qualifications
  • At least one (1) year of experience in data entry, compliance/records management, or a related customer service role, with a membership structure.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Proven experience working in a customer-facing or support role
  • Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams)
  • Real estate experience preferred, but not required

Salary Description
$21 - $24 hourly
