We're looking for a professional, personable, and service-oriented Transportation Support Specialist to join our team in Fort Collins, CO.

In this role, you'll serve as a vital connection between customers, drivers, and operations, helping ensure a seamless transportation experience. If you enjoy assisting others, solving problems, and working in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Schedule: Friday - MondayHours: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM (8-10 hour shifts)

What You'll Do as a Transportation Support Specialist:Customer & Driver Support
  • Provide exceptional assistance to customers and drivers regarding transportation services and trip-related inquiries
  • Respond promptly and professionally to questions, concerns, and service requests
  • Assist drivers with trip information, operational updates, and support needs
  • Communicate schedule adjustments, service updates, and important trip details accurately
  • Create positive experiences through friendly, solution-focused customer interactions
Operations Coordination
  • Monitor daily transportation activities and assist in supporting efficient service operations
  • Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure timely and reliable service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and trip information
  • Facilitate clear communication between passengers, drivers, and internal departments
  • Support operational processes that contribute to service quality and customer satisfaction
Problem Resolution & Service Excellence
  • Address customer concerns and service issues in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications of a Transportation Support Specialist:
