Converge is seeking a reliable and skilled Sign Installer to join our expanding team. In this position, you'll work hands-on in the field installing, servicing, and repairing a variety of interior and exterior signage. We're looking for someone who is detail-focused, mechanically minded, and dedicated to maintaining safe work practices on every job site.
While prior sign industry experience is a plus, we place a high value on dependability, quality craftsmanship, and a strong commitment to doing the job well.

Responsibilities
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively to install a wide range of interior and exterior signage, including, but not limited to, channel letters, post and panel signs, pole signs, monument signs, vinyl graphics, and more!
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenges in the field.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring quality workmanship and efficient project execution.
• Professional and customer-focused, with the ability to communicate effectively on job sites and represent Converge in a positive, respectful manner.
Qualifications
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience installing both interior and exterior signage.
• Familiarity with low-voltage electrical systems.
• Skilled in using hand tools and power equipment.
• Strong awareness of safety practices and protocols.
• Must be comfortable with heights. Bucket truck experience is a plus.
