VICE PRESIDENT OF MARKETING / MARKETING GURU

Build the Brand. Create Demand. Drive Company-Wide Net Sales.

Mastercraft International is seeking an exceptional Vice President of Marketing - a creative, analytical, entrepreneurial

leader who can transform an ambitious premium brand into a recognized market leader.

We are looking for more than a traditional corporate marketing executive. We want a Marketing Guru who understands

how to create attention, generate qualified leads, build premium brands, and convert marketing investment into

measurable sales growth.

COMPENSATION - COMPANY-WIDE NET SALES OVERRIDE

This is a high-performance executive opportunity with significant upside. The VP of Marketing will

receive an override commission based on Mastercraft International's total company-wide net sales,

subject to the final executive compensation agreement. This is not a commission limited to individual

leads, campaigns, customers, territories, or channels. As company-wide net sales grow, the executive's

compensation grows with them.

The specific override percentage, definition of net sales, exclusions for returns, refunds, credits or cancellations,

payment schedule, and other terms will be established in the executive compensation agreement.

THE MISSION

Build Mastercraft International into a highly recognized premium brand and create a scalable marketing engine that

generates measurable demand and company-wide sales. The VP of Marketing will work directly with executive

leadership and influence brand strategy, customer acquisition, market expansion, and growth.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Corporate and brand marketing strategy

• Digital customer acquisition and lead generation

• Google, Meta, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and emerging channels

• SEO, SEM, website strategy, landing pages and conversion optimization

• CRM, email marketing, automation and lead nurturing

• Luxury brand development, video, photography and premium creative

• Social media, influencer strategy, partnerships and public relations

• Builder, developer, architect, designer and dealer marketing programs

• Marketing analytics, attribution, CAC, ROAS and sales performance

• Recruitment and leadership of an elite internal and external marketing team

WHO WE WANT

We want a builder and rainmaker - not simply a marketing administrator. You know how to turn exceptional products

into compelling brands and compelling brands into growing businesses. You think in terms of revenue, customer

acquisition cost, conversion, market share, brand value, and measurable results.

Experience with luxury kitchens, cabinetry, bathrooms, home improvement, interior design, architecture, construction,

real estate development, luxury products, or other high-ticket consumer categories is highly desirable.THE OPPORTUNITY

corporate title and fixed paycheck. We want an executive motivated by ownership-level thinking and

performance-based economics.
