About This Role

Mastercraft Electric, Inc. is looking to hire a qualified and energetic Electrical Project Manager/Estimator to join our growing team. This person is not just checking boxes but leading the charge. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple commercial electrical projects and have a strong understanding of estimating potential jobs.

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of estimating and project management experience
  • Ability to accurately estimate and manage commercial electrical projects from $1M-10M in value
  • Strong knowledge of NEC and local codes
  • Commercial electrical trade experience (preferred)
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all parties of the construction team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple jobs at once
  • Proficient with Bluebeam, Accubid, Procore, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.)


What You Will Do

  • Lead electrical estimating from concept to bid, bringing accuracy, insight, and competitive edge to every proposal
  • Oversee commercial electrical projects from kickoff to closeout, on time, on budget, and always exceeding expectations
  • Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring clarity, trust, and seamless collaboration
  • Partner with superintendents and foremen to align schedules, resolve site issues, and keep projects on track
  • Track costs, manage procurement, and forecast timelines using project management software and tools

Compensation

  • $110,000.00 to $155,000.00 per year, based on experience.
