Position Overview

MasterCraft Boat Holdings, Inc. (NADAQ: MCFT) is seeking a highly capable, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Support Partner & Administrator to serve as a trusted partner to the Chief Executive Officer and provide strategic administrative support across the executive leadership team.

This role serves as the primary business partner to the CEO and provides direct support to the Chief Financial Officer, General Counsel, and Vice President of Human Resources. The position also serves as the administrator and coordinator for the Company’s Board of Directors, supporting board meetings, committee meetings, director communications, and related administrative activities.

The Executive Support Partner & Administrator is responsible for managing complex schedules, travel, events, communications, special projects, executive programs, and critical business processes. The role requires exceptional judgment, professionalism, discretion, organizational capability, and the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.

This is not a traditional secretarial position. The successful candidate will function as an extension of the executive leadership team, helping ensure organizational effectiveness, executive efficiency, and operational excellence across a fast-paced public company environment.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Leadership Support

  • Serve as the primary executive business partner to the CEO.
  • Provide direct administrative and operational support to the CEO, CFO, General Counsel, and VP of Human Resources.
  • Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, travel schedules, and executive priorities.
  • Manage domestic and international travel planning, including detailed itineraries, logistics, accommodations, transportation, and contingency planning.
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, briefing documents, and follow-up action items.
  • Coordinate executive communications, correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Track key commitments, action items, and follow-up activities across executive leadership.
  • Support special projects, strategic initiatives, acquisitions, integrations, and business planning activities as assigned.
  • Assist with preparation of executive presentations for employees, investors, dealers, suppliers, and Board meetings.
  • Partner across the enterprise and collaborate with various business units and functional teams to support alignment, communication, and execution of key priorities.
  • Engage externally, as appropriate, with Board members, investors, dealers, suppliers, and other stakeholders in support of executive and corporate initiatives.

Board Administration & Corporate Governance

  • Serve as a key administrator and coordinator for the Board of Directors and Board Committees.
  • Coordinate Board and Committee meeting logistics, scheduling, travel, accommodations, materials, and communications.
  • Manage Board calendars and annual governance schedules.
  • Coordinate preparation, assembly, distribution, and archival of Board materials, as appropriate.
  • Maintain Board records and governance documentation.
  • Assist the General Counsel and executive leadership team with governance-related administrative activities.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing administration for directors.
  • Coordinate Board dinners, site visits, strategy sessions, and related events.

Executive Programs & Corporate Administration

  • In supporting partnership, administrate key executive and corporate programs, including:
    • Corporate travel programs
    • Company aircraft administration and scheduling coordination
    • Executive boat and demonstration programs
    • Executive meeting and event planning
    • Corporate hospitality and executive guest visits
  • Maintain program calendars, usage records, scheduling coordination, and reporting as needed.
  • Coordinate logistics associated with executive travel, dealer visits, Board events, investor activities, and leadership meetings.

Meetings, Events & Communications

  • Plan and coordinate executive leadership meetings, Board meetings, leadership planning sessions, town halls, occasional customer events, and special corporate functions.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, materials, catering, facilities, transportation, and attendee communications.
  • Support preparation and distribution of internal communications and executive announcements.
  • Assist with maintaining consistency and professionalism in executive correspondence and communications.

Office Administration & Business Support

  • Support day-to-day operation of the Knoxville HQ office.
  • Coordinate office management activities and vendor relationships.
  • Assist with visitor reception and executive guest hosting when needed.
  • Help ensure a professional and welcoming office environment.
  • Manage office supplies, conference room coordination, and related administrative functions.
  • Provide secondary support to additional executive leadership team members as needed.

Special Projects & Business Coordination

  • Support cross-functional initiatives requiring executive coordination.
  • Track project milestones, deadlines, deliverables, and follow-up actions, as needed.
  • Assist in gathering information, preparing reports, and monitoring progress on strategic initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve executive processes, workflows, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive business information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting senior executives, executive leadership teams, boards of directors, or comparable leadership environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex executive calendars, travel, meetings, and events.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and related business applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • High degree of professionalism, maturity, judgment, and discretion.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting a CEO, public company executives, or board of directors.
