About the Role:
As a Demand Manager - Marine, you will lead and coordinate the Sales and Operations Planning process through cross-functional collaboration. In this role, you will develop and align sales plans, shape demand, and drive initiatives that deliver strong business results and an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Collects and analyzes data from multiple sources to ensure accurate product & model information for commercial order processing.
  • Communicates complex concepts clearly across all organizational levels
  • Develops and standardizes global Demand Planning processes, including maturity models, frameworks, and metrics to support demand coverage to business plans and factory slotting
  • Aligns business and demand plans using predictive methods, ERP systems (e.g., eIBP) and forecasting tools to define priorities and implementation scope to analyze demand patterns, seasonality, and capacity constraints to support the business
  • Respond effectively to shifting production challenges and evolving customer priorities while maintaining high service levels for internal stakeholders
  • Deliver clear, actionable updates and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment in the sales and operations process
  • Partners with stakeholders to support demand fulfillment recommendations and ensure alignment across Sales, Supply Chain, Production, and Business Resources
  • Leads and guides teams, communicating priorities and driving sales and operations process execution through analysis and recommendations.
  • Present monthly updates to senior leadership, highlighting demand trends, budget status, and key performance metrics
  • Serve as the primary contact for industry demand inquiries, providing clear and timely updates on lead times, schedules, and order changes
  • Monitor demand performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions or solutions to maintain operational excellence

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience or Degree

Summary Pay Range:
$128,470.00 - $192,710.00
