If you are a Materials Data Management, Supply Chain, or Operations professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Sidney, Ohio location, you will lead the governance, accuracy, and lifecycle management of material master data across our Americas HVACR business. In this role, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to establish data standards, drive data quality improvements, and ensure critical systems such as Oracle, Ultriva, and eKanban support seamless manufacturing and supply chain operations.

SCHEDULE:

This role has the flexibility of ahybridworkfrom homeoptionup to three days a week and a core hour schedule. You can choose to flex your start and stop times given you are working during the core hours of 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Our teams work together to ensure our chosen work schedules enable our creativity and productivity as we serve the needs of our customers.

REQUIREDEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

  • 5+ years of experience in material master data management.

  • Establish and maintain material master data standards, policies, and validation rules to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Manage the creation, updates, and governance of material master data across systems including Oracle, Ultriva, and eKanban
  • Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to reduce manual effort and enhance data quality
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, and IT teams to monitor data quality, resolve issues, and maintain compliance through reporting and data cleansing efforts
  • Willingness to travel up 10-15% of the time to other United States and Mexico plants
