Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing enterprise-level AEP data architectures and defining Experience Data Model (XDM) schemas to unify customer data for activation and analysis
  • Configuring and optimizing AEP capabilities, including Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Journey Optimizer (AJO)
  • Building batch and streaming data ingestion pipelines using Data Prep, connectors, application programming interfaces (APIs), and cloud data platforms to support audience activation and campaign execution
  • Developing identity resolution, profile unification, and governance approaches, including namespaces, merge policies, schema validation, and privacy controls
  • Leading integration and solution delivery across Adobe Experience Cloud, third-party systems, and client stakeholder groups during implementation, technical design, and pre-sales activities

Required:

  • 4+ years implementing Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP)
  • 2+ years with AEP Web Software Development Kit (SDK), Mobile SDK, datastreams, Edge Network, event forwarding, and instrumentation design
  • 2+ years implementing consent management, data usage labels and policies, access controls, deletion workflows, hygiene workflows, and audit controls
  • 5+ years in customer data, marketing technology, or data engineering with application programming interface (API)-first configuration, Git, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), environment promotion, automated validation, production monitoring, and runbooks
  • 5+ years with relational and non-relational databases and extract, transform, load (ETL) tools and methodologies, plus 3+ years designing customer datasets and data models across customer relationship management (CRM), call center, marketing, offline, or point-of-sale data sources
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
