We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Revenue Manager to join our dynamic team at the Courtyard Marriott Mount Pleasant and the Residence Inn Mount Pleasant. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in maximizing revenue through effective pricing strategies, inventory management, and market analysis. This position requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of hotel management and the hospitality industry. The Hotel Revenue Manager will work closely with various departments to ensure optimal guest satisfaction while achieving financial goals.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize room rates and occupancy levels.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts to make informed pricing decisions.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies with overall business objectives.
