Job description

Director of Revenue Strategy
As the Director of Revenue Strategy, you will lead the development and execution of revenue management strategies to maximize hotel profitability for the Palm Beach Gardens Marriott and the Orlando Marriott Lake Mary. You'll analyze market trends, manage pricing and inventory, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • You will be the strategic leader of financial success, optimizing revenue through effective pricing and inventory management for a portfolio of hotels.
  • Your daily tasks will include analyzing market trends, developing pricing strategies, and overseeing revenue generation.
  • You will report to the Director of Commercial Strategy
  • A career as a director of revenue management can lead to opportunities in various executive-level roles within the hospitality industry, such as vice president of revenue management, or other corporate-level positions.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Accounting and/or combination of education and experience.
  • 3 -5 Years of Revenue Management Experience, Required.
  • Multi-Brand Revenue Management Experience, Required.
    • Full Service Marriott, Hilton, and/or Hyatt Experience, Highly Preferred.
    • Preference will be given to candidates with Full Service Marriott Experience.
  • Experience working with Asset Manager & Ownership Groups.

Additional consideration will be given to applicants who have completed special certifications
