Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and maintain high standards of food safety and quality. Your leadership will drive team performance, streamline processes, and foster a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back. Duties
  • Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff supervision to ensure smooth daily functioning.
  • Oversee inventory control and food management processes, including ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction to maximize efficiency.
  • Supervise front of house activities ensuring qualities of service
  • Utilize Toast POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation with accuracy.
  • Lead staff training and development initiatives, including interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing coaching to build a skilled team.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols to guarantee a safe dining environment for guests and staff.
  • Handle shift management by coordinating schedules, managing customer service issues, and resolving operational challenges promptly.
 
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in restaurant management or food service management within quick service & fast food or casual dining environments.
  • Strong background in supervising teams, managing kitchen operations, and implementing training & development programs.
  • Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary practices, and kitchen management.
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS; experience with cash handling and inventory control is essential.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive team culture.
  • Experience in budgeting, food safety compliance, and hospitality management principles.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence; previous experience in fine dining or hotel settings is advantageous.
