What you will have an opportunity to do:

We are looking for a positive, highly organized Accounting Clerk to assist with all aspects of the accounting and data process functions in the accounting office for the hotel.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for accounts receivable
  • Filter guest phone calls and problem solve as relates to billing
  • Serve as main point of contact in accounting for vendors working to build positive relationships and navigate any billing issues
  • Prepare financial information and/or reports as needed for hotel department leadership and/or corporate
  • Cooperate and work closely with the company's outside auditors
  • Assist with related accounting activities including: periodic inventories, budget preparation and analysis, and internal audit
  • Assist in inventory counts each month and quarter as needed
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills along with demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment
