- 10+ years experience in a high-growth organization
- 5-7 years of experience years experience in Marketing, B2B preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing operations role
- Certification active or expired in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Eloqua or other a plus
- Masters degree in Business, Marketing or similar a plus
- Have led marketing teams through change management, acquisition, or similar project
- Strong understanding of Martech, CRM, & Analytics
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Work well under pressure and in an ambiguous environment
