SMS Marketing

  • Ensure compliance with TCPA, CTIA guidelines, and carrier requirements
  • Monitor and report on SMS performance metrics including CTR, conversion, revenue contribution, and opt-out rates

Site Merchandising

  • Manage and deploy site assets across the AllPosters.com storefront, including homepage modules, category pages, banners, and promotional placements
  • Work with creative team on look & feel of new site assets including product recommendations and assets approval
  • Partner with existing content vendors to source, ingest, and accurately categorize new artwork on-site
  • Maintain product taxonomy, tagging, and attribute data to ensure products are discoverable and correctly merchandised across categories

  • Support product launch and seasonal refresh cycles by preparing and publishing new collections on schedule
  • Conduct regular site audits to ensure content accuracy, proper categorization, and a high-quality customer experience

Performance Reporting & Cross-Channel Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist to ensure email, SMS, and site messaging reinforce paid and organic initiatives
  • Align campaign and merchandising timing with site promotions, product launches, and key selling periods
  • Build and maintain dashboards that track retention marketing and site merchandising performance against revenue and engagement goals
  • Share regular performance updates with leadership and recommend optimizations based on data
