Position Overview

As an Email amp; SMS Marketing Specialist at Mophie, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our email and SMS marketing campaigns. You will play a key role in driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth through targeted and personalized messaging strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage email and SMS marketing campaigns that align with Mophie’s brand and business goals.
  • Create compelling and personalized content for email and SMS communications to engage customers and drive conversions.
  • Segment audiences and utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and targeting.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, product, and sales to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Manage and maintain email and SMS marketing platforms, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in email and SMS marketing.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in email and SMS marketing, preferably in retail or consumer electronics.
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and SMS marketing tools.
