Job description

The Company

Evolute is a full-service marketing agency serving the mortgage and home services industries. We run complete programs for our clients — brand, web, social, email, paid search, video, and direct consumer messaging. We also operate our own consumer brands, so what we recommend to clients comes from campaigns we've actually run.

The Role

Direct consumer messaging is one of our strongest channels, and it runs at real scale, across multiple verticals, brands, and sending providers. You'll own it end to end: what goes out, how it performs, what breaks, and what we change next.

This is a hands-on role. You'll be in the data before the day's send starts, watching KPIs live during production hours, diagnosing problems down to the carrier level, and designing the tests that fix them. The right person writes their own SQL and forms a point of view before anyone hands them a report.

What You'll Do

  • Review prior-day results each morning — find underperformance by vertical and segment, get unsent records requeued
  • Monitor CTR, LPM, and RPM live during production hours using SQL and BI dashboards
  • Diagnose and resolve issues intraday: error rates, sending delays, form failures — escalating to engineering when needed
  • QA active forms weekly and review KPI trends by campaign, vertical, traffic source, and message
  • Run a monthly performance review, set baselines, optimize costs by vertical, brand and channel, and build the testing roadmap
  • Audit segment configuration, brand assignment, and campaign registration across the platform
  • Coordinate across analytics, engineering, compliance, and creative

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in marketing operations, campaign management, or marketing analytics
  • Working SQL — you can pull and analyze your own data without waiting on an analyst
  • Experience designing and analyzing tests across multiple teams
  • Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or a similar BI platform
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working directly with engineering teams

Preferred: SMS or MMS marketing at scale; CPaaS platforms (Twilio, Plivo, or similar); A2P/10DLC compliance familiarity; mortgage, financial services, or home services marketing experience.

Why Here

You'll see the results of your decisions the same day you make them. Change a message, adjust a segment, fix a form — the numbers move that afternoon. Real ownership, direct data access, and a short path to the people who implement what you recommend.

Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, Life & AD&D, Short and Long-term Disability, FSA/HSA, and supplemental benefits options; 401(k) with company match; PTO; paid holidays

Evolute, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
