A true sponge for knowledge, you'll put your creativity in the driver's seat to fuel innovative campaigns for our automotive client. From building creator partnerships and executing high-energy events to analyzing campaign performance and identifying the next trend before it hits the mainstream, you'll play a key role in bringing impactful marketing initiatives to life.

Success in this role requires someone who is eager to take ownership independently when it comes to new challenges, excels at creative storytelling, builds authentic relationships, and keeps projects moving from concept to launch with precision. If you're detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about car culture, you'll help keep our campaigns running at peak performance and our brand miles ahead of the competition.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with content creators, fostering long-term partnerships that boost brand advocacy and authentic audience engagement.
  • Bring creative assets to life through social media and email campaigns, developing engaging marketing copy and content that connects with enthusiasts, strengthens brand storytelling, and expands audience engagement.
  • Identify emerging content trends and platform innovations across the social media landscape to keep marketing initiatives ahead of the curve.
  • Partner with the Audience Growth team to analyze campaign performance, interpret key metrics, and translate insights into data-informed marketing strategies.
  • Represent the brand at automotive events by engaging with creators, enthusiasts, and industry partners, while transforming event moments into captivating social content that sparks conversation and excitement across the community.
  • Coordinate project workflows and ensure deliverables stay on track across internal teams, agency partners, and creators.
  • Lead bi-monthly cross-functional meetings to align stakeholders on campaign objectives, project milestones, performance insights, and upcoming initiatives.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and digital asset management systems, ensuring all files, creative assets, and marketing materials remain current, accurate, and ready to support fast-moving campaigns.

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing, brand, social media, or other customer-facing role
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with creators, brand partners, and internal teams
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to creatively solve problems and execute with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptability and comfortable with ambiguity in a rapidly changing environment
  • Proficiency in KPI reporting, data analysis, storytelling, and making strategic recommendations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A bonus if you have:

  • Experience working in the automotive, motorsports, lifestyle, consumer, or enthusiast brand space
  • Experience managing creator and influencer relationships, social media communities, or brand ambassador programs
  • Experience supporting high-energy live events and brand activations
  • Passion for automotive culture, vehicles, and the enthusiast community

Beyond the paycheck:

At Cie, we're looking for bright, independent, self-motivated, and experienced people who have an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for technology. Our compensation package consists of a full suite of benefits to support our growing team.
