Opening its doors over 45 years ago, FSSI is a leading document outsourcing company servicing Fortune 500 companies in the financial, banking, insurance and billing industries across the U.S. We are currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Santa Ana, CA. This role supports the Marketing team in the planning and execution of a wide range of initiatives. You'll play a key role in coordinating trade shows and events while also providing day-to-day support for marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and internal communications. Our ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating engaging marketing experiences that strengthen our brand and drive business growth.

The schedule for this job is Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00pm. After an initial 90-day onsite training period, you will have the option to work a hybrid schedule (2 days remote and 3 days in office). A personal laptop is required to work a hybrid schedule.

Your Essential Duties:

  • Events & Trade Shows
    • Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of robust conference and trade show schedules, from initial registration through full logistics and post-event follow-up.
    • Coordinate all event-related activities, timelines, budgets and vendor relationships while facilitating clear communication across departments and stakeholders.
    • Support the execution of the events marketing strategy, including on-site promotion, collateral, and lead capture.
  • Marketing & Creative Support
    • Provide overall marketing support, including the creation and design of marketing collateral, graphics, campaigns and company promotions.
    • Apply proficient graphic design skills to produce visually compelling materials that align with brand standards.
    • Develop content for various channels, ensuring strong written communication and alignment with marketing fundamentals.
    • Schedule and publish approved social media posts and email communications across multiple platforms and tools.
  • Additional Duties
    • Support interdepartmental marketing needs and internal events.
    • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors and partners.
    • Manage inventory of branded items used for events and departmental needs.
    • Contribute creative ideas and collaborate closely with the marketing team on various projects and initiatives.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned to support marketing initiatives, cross-functional projects, and overall business needs.

Requirements

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or business administration preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is ideal.
  • B2B marketing experience is a major plus.
  • Event planning/management experience.
  • Experience crafting marketing content.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong written communication and editing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Solid knowledge of marketing principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
