Your Impact:

As a Product Marketing Specialist, you'll work alongside a team that helps bring some of OpenText's biggest go-to-market initiatives to life-from global product launches and AI programs to websites, content, communications, governance, and strategic business projects.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who loves staying organized, solving problems, learning new technology, and making things better. Every day will be different, giving you exposure to executive leaders, cross-functional teams, and marketing programs that have company-wide impact.

If you're naturally curious, enjoy connecting dots, love AI, and are the person who always asks "How could we do this better?", you'll fit right in.

What The Role Offers:

Project & Program Coordination
Coordinate projects across go-to-market teams, helping keep initiatives organized, on track, and moving forward.
Track milestones, action items, dependencies, risks, and project communications.
Prepare meeting materials, document decisions, and follow up on next steps.
Support strategic initiatives spanning product marketing, web, communications, AI, launches, and other cross-functional programs.

Process Improvement & Operations
Look for opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve how marketing works.
Document processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
Help identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities across key programs.
Support governance activities that improve consistency across teams.

AI & Innovation
Explore how AI can improve workflows and productivity.
Help maintain AI best practices, use cases, prompt libraries, and internal resources.
Connect ideas across projects, tools, and teams to encourage adoption of new capabilities.
Stay curious about emerging AI tools and share ideas that can make the team more effective.

What You Need to Succeed:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
0-3 years of professional experience in marketing, business, communications, project coordination, or related field.
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities.
Curious mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies and business processes.
Collaborative attitude and ability to work with people across different teams.

Bonus Points:
Internship or project experience in marketing or business operations.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, or project management tools.
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies.
Interest in enterprise software, technology, or B2B marketing.
Why This Role Matters:

From coordinating global product launches to improving business processes and helping teams adopt AI, we enable our go-to-market teams to operate more efficiently and deliver better business outcomes. This role offers an opportunity to build a broad foundation across marketing strategy, operations, project management, AI, communications, and executive collaboration. You'll gain experience that can lead to future careers in program management, marketing operations, product marketing, communications, AI strategy, or business operations while making a meaningful impact from day one.
