Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Marketing Operations Project Manager to drive operational excellence for our global Marketing efforts across product launches. This role is responsible for orchestrating timelines and timely inputs (incl. briefs), aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring all marketing deliverables are planned, tracked, and executed to ensure successful launch.

As the Marketing Operations Project Manager, you’ll play a critical role within the Marketing organization, working as an extension of the Product Marketing Management team to bring product launches and key campaigns to life across global digital and in-store touchpoints. In supporting the PMM team, you will also work cross-functionally with related Marketing teams (Channel, DTC, International), Product (Hardware, Software), Legal, and Executives. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of marketing projects, ensuring clarity, alignment, and efficiency from intake through final delivery.

You will act as the central hub for communication, timelines, and execution—ensuring that marketing initiatives are delivered on time, on brief, and with high quality. This role requires a highly organized, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can balance multiple priorities across teams.

This role is instrumental in bringing structure, industry best practices, and operational rigor to a fast-paced, cross-functional marketing environment. Therefore, to be successful in this role you must have prior experience developing and overseeing marketing processes and be a driven self-starter who excels at influencing others to perform.

Operational Project Management:

  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and workflows supporting strategic and tactical marketing plans, key milestones, and launch deliverables
  • Partner with cross-functional partners to understand product roadmaps, launch dates, and product readiness/availability to ensure timely marketing needs
  • Track milestones across channels to ensure cohesive and synchronized go-to-market execution; ensure projects stay on track and stakeholders are informed of status and changes
  • Proactively identify and communicate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and drive solutions
  • Identify and implement best practices on process to improve efficiency, transparency, and scalability

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Serve as a key point of contact between Marketing, Product, DTC, Channel, Legal, and International teams, driving consistent, clear communication through GTM meetings, status updates (email/Teams), and post-mortem reviews
  • Partner with cross-functional Project Managers to align project timelines with scope, risks, and team capacity
  • Facilitate alignment across cross-functional partners to ensure priorities, timelines, and deliverables are synchronized and communicated accordingly
  • Support downstream teams to ensure marketing briefs are complete, clear, and actionabl
Qualifications
  • 4-7 years of experience in marketing operations or project management
  • CPG/B2C experience required
  • Proven experience managing marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep understanding of CPG marketing dynamics, including omni-channel launch planning and execution across eCommerce and brick-and-mortar retail
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Workfront, Asana, Monday.com)
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
