ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Lifecycle Management

  • Coordinate all phases of the project lifecycle and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Contribute to proposal, onboarding, and delivery phases of initial contract and order acquisition.
  • Interpret applicable codes, review sign families, and recommend artwork.
  • Prepare project proposals.
  • Support projects through engineering, manufacturing, installation, and invoicing phases.
  • Reference designs, specifications, estimates, contracts, and engineering drawings to direct sign projects in a timely manner.

Client & Stakeholder Communication

  • Manage communications between customers, landlords, subcontractors, and permitting departments.
  • Negotiate with subcontractors and establish subcontractor guidelines.

Commercial & Financial Management

  • Issue purchase orders (POs) and manage installation costs.
  • Manage accruals and project closeouts.

Systems & Compliance

  • Ensure all project information and status updates are posted to internal and customer-facing business systems accurately and on time.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

EDUCATION

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
  • PMP certification or working towards is considered an asset.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • 0–3 years of project management or related industry experience.
  • Familiarity with installation and invoicing workflows.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management systems.
  • Signage or equivalent industry experience is an asset.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

  • Basic to intermediate project management skills with strong organizational ability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range:

  • $60,000 to $6,5000. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons
