The HCP Omnichannel Marketing Manager,is responsible forleading the development and execution of digital channel marketing activitiesin the USthat drive meaningful engagement with healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate brings a performance-oriented mindset, strong digital craft, and the analytical rigor to translate data into optimized customer journeys and campaign decisions.

This role willprovideYOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Lead content creation and execution across core HCP digital channels including brand website, email, social media, programmatic display, standard display, and SEM/SEO

  • Partner with brand and cross-functional teams to align digital channel execution to the broader omnichannel strategy and HCP customer journey

  • Manage agency partners in the development of creative assets and execution of digital tactical plans

  • Manage materials through the Promotional Review Team (PRT) / Copy Approval process, ensuring compliant andtimelyreview of all digital assets

  • Foster collaborative relationships across brand, medical, regulatory, insights and analytics, and other cross-functional stakeholders

  • Identifyopportunities to test, learn, and iterate across digital channels to continuously improve performance and HCP experience

  • Apply a performance-focused approach to campaign management - establishing key performance indicators, monitoring channel metrics, and dedicating approximately 25-30% of time to omnichannel performance data (including marketing mix modeling and media agency data) to derive insights and drive data-driven optimizations that improve HCP engagement and campaign impact

Basic Qualifications

We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience executing campaigns across two or more of the following channels: website, email, paid social, programmatic/display, or SEM/SEO

  • Experience working with and managing external agencyand mediapartners

  • Experience managing materials through a formal review and approval process (pharmaceutical PRT/MLR or equivalent regulated industry review)

Preferred Qualifications

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Prior pharmaceutical or healthcare industry marketing experience

  • Experience in HIV, infectious disease, or specialty care therapeutic areas

  • Depth of experience in social media strategy and execution, including paid and organic social for professional audiences

  • Familiarity with HCP audience targeting and digital media planning

  • Experience working in a matrix team environment across brand, medical, legal, and regulatory functions

  • Strong project management skills withdemonstratedability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Experience working with media agency-reported performance data

  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field
