About the role
The Senior Marketing Program Manager leads a dynamic portfolio of cross-functional initiatives across the marketing organization, adapting to shifting priorities each quarter. Projects may include analyzing patient feedback and improving online reputation, launching retention strategies, or coordinating local marketing programs.

Reporting to the VP, Digital & eCommerce, this role requires the ability to quickly understand complex challenges, build strong stakeholder relationships, and drive initiatives from concept through measurable outcomes. You will collaborate closely with teams across marketing, IT, operations, customer service, analytics, and finance—bringing both analytical rigor and strong facilitation skills to bridge data-driven insights with decision-making.

This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in-office required in our Vienna, VA or Raleigh, NC home offices.

You Will

  • Own cross-functional marketing initiatives end-to-end—from scoping and stakeholder alignment through execution and performance measurement—with a strong bias for action.
  • Ramp quickly on new problems by conducting research, asking thoughtful questions, and defining next steps—without relying on perfect direction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across teams, including IT, operations, analytics, customer service, finance, and external partners, to keep work moving forward.
  • Analyze data to uncover insights—pulling reports, working in Excel, and translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining visibility into progress, identifying risks early, and ensuring consistent follow-through.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from quick project updates to structured recommendations and leadership summaries.
  • Contribute across a range of marketing focus areas, including reputation management, retention and loyalty, local/field programs, digital content, and more as priorities evolve.
  • Capture and document learnings, processes, and results to support program scalability and continuous improvement.

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, consulting, or cross-functional program management, with a track record of navigating ambiguity across varied projects.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability—you proactively identify what needs to be done and reliably follow through.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a growth mindset—you enjoy tackling new challenges, asking insightful questions, and quickly learning new domains.
  • Solid analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and the ability to structure data and form clear, data-backed perspectives.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to build trust across diverse teams—from technical partners to creative and brand stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple workstreams while adapting to changing priorities.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Broad exposure to multiple marketing disciplines (e.g., CRM, digital, customer experience, field marketing, media), with a willingness to learn beyond your core expertise.
  • Experience in healthcare, retail, or multi-location service environments is a plus, but not required.
