Job DescriptionTEAM MEMBER WILL BE REQUIRED TO WORK FROM OUR RALEIGH, NC HQ FOUR DAYS A WEEK.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Product Marketing Manager plays a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies for assigned product categories across all marketing channels, including print, digital, radio, ecommerce, signage, and more. This positionmaintainsclose partnerships with designated merchant partnerswherethey implement retail, professional, and digital ecommerce strategies by collaborating with marketing and ecommerce channel owners.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

The Product Marketing Manager mustpossessfamiliarity with automotive products, Advance Auto Parts stores, the Professional sales team, and customer base. Success in this role requires the ability to effectively prioritize projects, product categories, vendors, and occasionally competing agendas to achieve measurable marketing outcomes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Partner with the merchandising team to align and communicate category strategies across DIY, Professional, and eCommerce channels, ensuring consistent messaging and measurable campaign performance.

  • Collaborate with marketing program managers to develop and implement multichannel marketing strategies and activations-including digital, print, radio, and social media-with all initiatives receiving final approval from merchant and vendor partners and tracked for reach and conversion metrics.

  • Optimizecustomer experience in all sales channels by increasing engagement rates through effective use of media, signage, communications, and digital methods, with improvements measured by customer satisfaction scores and engagement analytics.

  • Integrate competitive insights, customer analytics, andadditionaldata into category strategies to enhance market positioning and drive measurable growth in category sales and share.

  • Coordinate with field teams to deliveraccurateand impactful marketing materials, ensuringtimelydistribution and positive feedback from end users.

  • Support training and field teams by developing andfacilitatingautomotivesystemand product training sessions, aiming to improve team product knowledge and customer service ratings.
