The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the strategic direction, planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives across all company brands. This position serves as the leader of the marketing department and is accountable for increasing brand awareness, customer acquisition, lead generation, revenue growth, customer retention, and overall market presence.
The Marketing Manager will oversee brand strategy, digital marketing, social media, content creation, CRM marketing, advertising campaigns, events, partnerships, and customer engagement initiatives. This role works cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership to ensure marketing efforts support business objectives and drive measurable results.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong communicator, creative problem-solver, and data-driven leader with experience managing multi-brand marketing initiatives and developing high-performing teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for all company brands.
  • Lead annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing planning initiatives.
  • Align marketing efforts with organizational growth goals and revenue objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and market share.
  • Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Monitor industry trends, customer behavior, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Maintain and strengthen brand standards across all brands and business units.
  • Develop messaging, positioning, and promotional strategies tailored to target audiences.
