Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives to support brand visibility and business growth. This role oversees online advertising, social media management, and graphic design efforts for two entities, ensuring consistent messaging and strong visual identity across all platforms. The ideal candidate is both data-driven and creative, capable of analyzing performance metrics while producing engaging content that drives results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (e.g., paid search, display, and social media ads)
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI
  • Manage and grow social media accounts, including content planning, posting, and audience interaction
  • Create visually engaging graphics and marketing materials aligned with brand standards
