Job description

As our Marketing Director, you will be the architect of client experience and the engine of our growth. You will own the entire marketing funnel, from attracting new leads to ensuring clients feel valued long after their plans are signed. This isn't just about campaigns; it's about building relationships, optimizing systems, and leading our firm's and founder's outward presence. You will be instrumental in ensuring our two new attorneys have a robust pipeline of clients to serve, and the current three attorneys’ schedules are maintained and supported.

Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $80,000 per year, plus a performance-based bonus tied to firm revenue growth. The successful candidate will participate in a revenue-sharing incentive program that provides a percentage of revenue generated above the firm's established baseline. This structure is designed to reward results and allow compensation to grow alongside the firm's continued success. The total compensation opportunity is expected to exceed the base salary for candidates who successfully drive revenue growth and achieve key performance objectives.

Compensation:

$80,000 per year plus performance-based bonus

Responsibilities:
  • Write comprehensive and precise sales reports showing the financial statements for sales promotion, direct sales, and outline of marketing plans
  • Collaborate with sales managers and stakeholders to assess the performance of the organization
  • Analyze market trends to determine pricing that balances costs, competition, and supply and demand
  • Generate new business while also increasing customer loyalty by cultivating long-term relations with patrons
  • Own and optimize all client communication and touchpoints from engagement through the entire client lifecycle, ensuring a consistently exceptional and memorable journey.
  • Develop and execute strategies to elevate the visibility, credibility, and influence of Sippel Law's owner and lead attorney. This includes coordinating speaking engagements, media opportunities, social media presence, thought leadership content, community involvement, and strategic relationship-building efforts that strengthen both the attorney's personal brand and the firm's reputation in the marketplace.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute 2-3 impactful marketing events per month, from initial concept to post-event follow-up, to fill our pipeline and engage our community.
  • Oversee the refinement, branding, and distribution of weekly blog posts and other marketing collateral, adapting content provided through PFL and internal subject matter experts into Sippel Law's voice and messaging to educate, engage, and attract ideal clients.
  • Ensure full compliance, reporting accuracy, and continuous optimization of our CRM system to track metrics, manage leads, and support automated client communication.
  • Develop and implement robust follow-up strategies for event attendees and prospective clients, ensuring no opportunity is missed and relationships are nurtured.
  • Manage three staff members, developing clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for marketing and client experience functions, and ensuring consistent execution across the team.

Qualifications:
  • A natural leader and proactive problem-solver: You see challenges as opportunities to build better systems and empower others.
  • A client experience fanatic: You genuinely care about how people feel and are driven to create delightful, seamless interactions.
  • A systems thinker: You love to organize, optimize, and document processes, making things run smoother for everyone.
  • A collaborative spirit: You thrive in a team environment, value input, and enjoy working alongside sharp, easy-going, and hard-working colleagues.
