As our Marketing Director, you will be the architect of client experience and the engine of our growth. You will own the entire marketing funnel, from attracting new leads to ensuring clients feel valued long after their plans are signed. This isn't just about campaigns; it's about building relationships, optimizing systems, and leading our firm's and founder's outward presence. You will be instrumental in ensuring our two new attorneys have a robust pipeline of clients to serve, and the current three attorneys' schedules are maintained and supported.
Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $80,000 per year, plus a performance-based bonus tied to firm revenue growth. The successful candidate will participate in a revenue-sharing incentive program that provides a percentage of revenue generated above the firm's established baseline. This structure is designed to reward results and allow compensation to grow alongside the firm's continued success. The total compensation opportunity is expected to exceed the base salary for candidates who successfully drive revenue growth and achieve key performance objectives.
