Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in developing, executing, and overseeing the marketing strategies that promote our properties, drive lead generation, and enhance brand awareness. This position requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management marketing, digital advertising, and content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development
Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies for all properties in our portfolio and the corporate office.
Collaborate with property management teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with occupancy goals and resident retention strategies.
Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize ROI.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences.
Campaign and Content Management
Manage online and offline marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and print materials.
Create and manage content for websites, social media platforms, and property listings.
Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
Maintain and develop comprehensive branding guidelines for new and existing properties.
Event Coordination and New Development Marketing
Coordinate events, open houses, and community engagement initiatives to attract prospective tenants and build brand visibility.
Develop community outreach initiatives to build strong relationships with residents, businesses, and organizations, enhancing brand visibility and fostering positive community engagement.
Setup key marketing accounts for new developments, such as a website, social media accounts, google business profile, ILS listings, and more.
Vendor and Budget Management
Maintain strong relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media outlets to support marketing initiatives. Oversee the performance and outcomes of partnerships, ensuring that services are delivered on time and within budget.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
Marketing Technology and Automation
Work with marketing software and AI tools to enhance customer engagement, improve communication, and support lead conversion through data-driven insights and automation in marketing efforts.
Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure marketing strategies align with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience (3-5 years) in marketing, preferably in property management or real estate.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Mailchimp, Canva, JotForm, Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and CRM software.
Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a strong focus on results.
Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
