Prior experience implementing multi-platform digital marketing campaigns, content writing, developing campaigns for B2B companies and working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics platform or Salesforce
Working knowledge of CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, XML, HTML, JSON, ODATA, CSS, Chrome Developer Tools, Power BI, and JavaScript is preferred

As a marketing automation lead for s Insulation business, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing marketing automation strategies and systems to streamline marketing processes, enhance lead generation, and improve overall marketing effectiveness.
This role involves using automation tools to create automated workflows, manage MA systems, and analyze campaign performance to optimize results. This person will collaborate with stakeholders to build the Marketing Automation infrastructure for the segment.
Marketing Automation:
Work closely with Insulation sales and marketing leadership to define the overall marketing strategy, ensuring it aligns with company goals.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with marketing managers, sales managers, and other key stakeholders across Marketing, Digital and GIS (IT) business teams.
Manage marketing automation platforms (e.g., Dynamics, HubSpot, Pardot, SFMC, Braze, Emarsys) to ensure proper configuration and functionality.
Design, build, and execute automated marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and other automated workflows.
Manage data within the automation platform and integrated technology (e.g., CDP), including segmentation, list management, and data quality.
Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Continuously monitor and optimize marketing automation campaigns for better results.
Digital Marketing:
Collaborate with channel marketing and content marketing to develop and execute digital marketing strategy delivering Commercial/Industrial brand platform value proposition to key customer across relevant channels
Support strategy for lead capture and nurturing programs across digital touchpoints
Work cross-functionally to align digital marketing tactics to business priorities according to defined product and initiative objectives
Execute marketing responsibilities to achieve market-leading customer experience and satisfaction across digital marketing platforms.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or related fields.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing roles.
3+ years of experience with platforms like Dynamics, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot, SFMC, Braze or Emarsys.
Data management and analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong understanding of CRMs like Salesforce, Dynamics and HubSpot and their integration with marketing automation platforms.
Ability to identify and address marketing challenges, optimize processes, and improve marketing automation performance.
Ability to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and draw actionable insights from data.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed to collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, IT) and stakeholders.
