Paciolan is hiring a Marketing Automation Specialist to serve as a critical technical and strategic resource for our clients. In this role, you will ensure clients fully understand and effectively leverage our marketing automation platform - helping them connect their marketing goals to measurable outcomes. This is an opportunity for a proactive professional who brings genuine industry expertise, a client-first orientation, and the ability to operate with confidence across both strategic and technical dimensions.
You will collaborate closely with the Marketing Automation team and other client-facing functions to align on strategy, coordinate support, and deliver excellent client experience. You will interface directly with clients to problem-solve, provide recommendations, and share insights that inform both client engagements and our internal Product & Development teams.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage professional relationships with multiple client contacts simultaneously, serving as a trusted point of contact across each engagement
  • Oversee the development and execution of client campaigns within the marketing automation platform, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with client objectives
  • Coordinate internally across client projects, facilitating best practice sharing and cross-functional alignment
  • Provide clients with strategic marketing recommendations and responsive support across questions, issues, and troubleshooting
  • Lead implementation and onboarding for new clients, including platform training and foundational setup

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Marketing Automation Experience: 1+ years of experience in email marketing or marketing automation; Eloqua experience strongly preferred
  • Industry Domain Knowledge: Demonstrated experience with revenue-generating marketing campaigns and a deep familiarity with the college athletics industry; a customer-first mindset and a proven ability to resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency
  • Technical & Strategic Aptitude: Strong proficiency in marketing strategy with an emphasis on driving ticket sales and donor engagement
  • Communication & Collaboration: Professional, personable, and positive in all interactions; an active listener with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated commitment to Passion, Accountability, and Collaboration
  • Autonomy & Judgment: Ability to work effectively under moderate to limited supervision while exercising sound situational awareness and independent decision-making

The approximate national base pay range for this position is $70,300 to $75,000. Please note that this is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and/or sales compensation based on individual and company performance. Placement on the range may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and geographic location. The pay rate will comply with all minimum federal, state, and local wage/salary requirements.
