Ton rôle

Relevant de la directrice marketing, tu participeras autant aux campagnes nationales qu'aux initiatives locales, tout en collaborant étroitement avec les franchisés, les agences et les équipes internes. Tu seras impliqué.e dans plusieurs facettes du marketing de la marque, de la planification des campagnes à leur déploiement sur le terrain.

Ce que tu feras

Marketing et gestion de projets

  • Participer à l'élaboration et à l'exécution du calendrier marketing annuel (promotions, lancements de produits, campagnes saisonnières et mises à jour du menu).
  • Gérer les promotions et offres marketing sur les plateformes de livraison (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Skip et Livraison Valentine) et assurer leur mise en ligne selon les échéanciers établis.
  • Planifier, créer et déployer les campagnes de marketing par courriel afin de soutenir les promotions, les lancements de produits et les initiatives de fidélisation.
  • Assurer la gestion et l'optimisation des fiches Google Business Profile du réseau.
  • Rédiger des briefs marketing, coordonner les intervenants et assurer le suivi des échéanciers et des livrables.
  • Collaborer avec notre agence pour la gestion des médias sociaux, la création de contenu et les initiatives de relations publiques.
  • Participer à l'organisation de séances photo.
  • Coordonner la production, les mises à jour et la distribution des menus imprimés, ainsi que la gestion et la diffusion des menus et promotions sur les écrans numériques en restaurant.
  • Participer aux plans marketing liés aux ouvertures de nouveaux restaurants.

Collaboration et soutien administratif

  • Effectuer des visites dans les restaurants afin de soutenir le réseau et assurer le déploiement des initiatives marketing.
  • Mettre à jour différents documents marketing et opérationnels (mise en page, traduction, révision linguistique, manuels, etc.).
  • Participer à diverses tâches administratives liées au marketing, au programme de fidélité et aux communications avec le réseau.

Le profil qu'on cherche

  • Minimum de 2 à 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire
  • Diplôme universitaire en marketing, communications, administration ou domaine connexe
  • Expérience en coordination de projets et gestion de multiples échéanciers
  • Bonne compréhension des médias sociaux et du marketing numérique
  • Connaissance d'outils comme la suite Office, Cakemail, Canva et Meta Business Manager
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit
  • Grande capacité d'organisation et de gestion des priorités
  • Souci du détail et rigueur dans l'exécution
  • À l'aise de collaborer avec différents intervenants, incluant des franchisés et partenaires externes

We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator who wants to make a tangible impact in the field and play a key role in supporting the brand's continued growth.

This position is dedicated exclusively to Valentine while offering the resources, support, and benefits of MTY Group (75+ brands and 6,000 restaurants across North America).

Your Role

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will contribute to both national campaigns and local initiatives while working closely with franchisees, agencies, and internal teams. You will be involved in various aspects of the brand's marketing activities, from campaign planning to execution in the field.

What You'll Do

Marketing & Project Management

  • Assist in the development and execution of the annual marketing calendar, including promotions, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and menu updates.
  • Manage promotions and marketing offers across delivery platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Skip, and Valentine Delivery) and ensure they are launched according to established timelines.
  • Plan, create, and deploy email marketing campaigns to support promotions, product launches, and loyalty initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize the network's Google Business Profiles.
  • Prepare marketing briefs, coordinate stakeholders, and monitor project timelines and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with our agency on social media management, content creation, and public relations initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing photo shoots.
  • Coordinate the production, updates, and distribution of printed menus, as well as the management and deployment of menus and promotions on in-store digital screens.
  • Support marketing plans related to new restaurant openings.

Collaboration & Administrative Support

  • Visit restaurants to support the network and ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives.
  • Update various marketing and operational documents (layout, translation, proofreading, manuals, etc.).
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing, loyalty programs, and communications with franchisees.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience coordinating projects and managing multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Good understanding of social media and digital marketing.
  • Experience with tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Cakemail, Canva, and Meta Business Manager.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.
  • High attention to detail and strong execution skills.
  • Comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders, including franchisees and external partners.
  • Must have access to a vehicle and be available for occasional travel within Quebec.
