L’assistant ventes et marketing assure un soutien administratif au directeur des ventes & au directeur du marketing dans leurs activités quotidiennes et hebdomadaires. Il voit également à coordonner les activités promotionnelles ainsi que les politiques visant la clientèle.
Plus précisément il doit:

  • Assurer un service de qualité aux clients, répondre aux demandes plus spécifiques le plus rapidement possible;
  • Vérifier les différents documents reçus, en assurer la distribution en accordant une attention particulière aux commandes et aux factures spéciales ;
  • Effectuer plusieurs tâches pour soutenir les activités des vendeurs (par exemple dresser la liste des produits les plus populaires (les ranking)) ;
  • Effectuer la facturation des commandes spéciales des clients ;
  • Mettre à jour les documents pour les commandes spéciales et réviser les politiques de retour de marchandises des clients de concert avec le département des achats et l’entrepôt ;
  • Mettre et garder à jour les listes clients, magasins et bannières ateliers ;
  • Tenir l’inventaire des articles promotionnels et envoyer les différentes promotions ;
  • Participer à la préparation des rapports annuels, compiler les rapports pour le budget de ventes et préparer les rapports sur les rabais et les crédits de « volume clients »;
  • Prendre part, en collaboration avec le directeur des ventes et le directeur du marketing, à divers projets spéciaux.

COMPÉTENCES ET HABILETÉS PARTICULIÈRES 

  • Connaissance du français et de l’anglais tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit;
    • À noter que nous avons des collègues et clients en Ontario. Une communication régulière avec ceux-ci est primordiale. De plus, des évènements où la personne devra être présente, sont souvent organisés et impliquent plusieurs de nos collègues et clients.
    • La nature du travail nécessite une connaissance de la langue anglaise.
    • Nous avons pris tous les moyens raisonnables pour éviter d'imposer cette exigence.
    • Les personnes déjà employés ne peuvent pas s'acquitter de cette tâche supplémentaire. 
  • Bonne aptitude en relations interpersonnelles et sens de l’écoute hors pair ;
  • Expérience de travail avec les supports interactifs, en administration de données et avec les logiciels informatiques et spécifiques au domaine (Billing Schedule) ;
  • Capacité de collaborer et de travailler en équipe, être en mesure de gérer les situations difficiles ;
  • Connaissances Excel - niveau intermédiaire;
  • Autonomie, initiative, capacité d’établir des priorités, structuré, sens des responsabilités et de l’organisation.
