About the Role 
We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Lead to own and execute Sadie's marketing strategy across all channels. This is an exciting opportunity for a well-rounded marketing generalist who enjoys both strategy and execution.

Reporting directly to the VP of Sales & Partnerships, you'll lead all aspects of marketing-from positioning and content creation to demand generation, product marketing, digital campaigns, events, and customer communications. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Design, and external partners to build the Sadie brand, generate pipeline, and support our continued growth.

What You Will Do

Marketing Strategy & Brand

  • Develop and execute Sadie's overall marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Own brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives across target verticals.
  • Ensure consistency across all customer-facing marketing materials and channels.

Demand Generation & Digital Marketing

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth.
  • Own email marketing, lifecycle campaigns, lead nurturing, and marketing automation within HubSpot.
  • Manage website content, landing pages, conversion optimization, and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with external PPC and SEO partners to maximize digital performance and ROI.
  • Monitor key marketing metrics and continuously optimize campaigns based on data.

Content & Product Marketing

  • Create compelling content including blogs, customer stories, case studies, landing pages, sales collateral, email campaigns, social media content, and product announcements.
  • Develop messaging that clearly communicates Sadie's value proposition across hospitality verticals.
  • Partner with Product and Sales to launch new features and create customer-facing materials that support revenue growth.

Events & Community

  • Plan and manage webinars, conferences, trade shows, and customer events from planning through execution.
  • Coordinate event logistics, promotional campaigns, booth materials, and post-event follow-up.
  • Support thought leadership opportunities and industry partnerships that strengthen brand awareness.

Customer Marketing

  • Develop customer success stories, testimonials, and advocacy programs.
  • Create onboarding and customer engagement content that supports adoption and retention.
  • Partner with Customer Success to identify upsell and expansion marketing opportunities.

Marketing Operations & Analytics

  • Own HubSpot marketing operations, including workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, reporting, and campaign automation.
  • Track campaign performance, marketing attribution, and pipeline contribution.
  • Conduct competitor, market, and customer research to continuously improve messaging and strategy.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Experience owning multiple areas of marketing, including demand generation, content, product marketing, digital marketing, and events.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy while remaining excited to execute day-to-day initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform.
  • Experience managing agencies or external marketing partners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure results and make data-driven decisions.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience in hospitality technology, AI, SaaS, or enterprise software is considered a strong asset.
