Job description

As a Lead Market Research Analyst, you'll work closely with internal cross-functional stakeholders to uncover customer needs, understand market dynamics, and identify the factors influencing customer behavior and business outcomes. You will design and execute research that translates customer and market insights into actionable recommendations, helping internal Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and business leaders make informed decisions that drive growth and customer value.

What you will do:

  • Independently lead market research projects end to end, from defining business questions and selecting appropriate methodologies through execution, analysis, and delivery of actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research across areas such as Voice of Customer (VoC), win/loss, customer satisfaction, product research, and market and competitive research.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize research needs and ensure research addresses important business decisions.
  • Synthesize customer, market, competitive, and business information to identify meaningful insights, opportunities, and implications.
  • Translate research findings into recommendations that inform product, commercial, go-to-market, and other business strategies.
  • Communicate insights effectively through compelling reports, presentations, and executive-level storytelling.
  • Manage research operations, external vendors, participant recruitment, project timelines, and research quality.

You need to have:

  • 3+ years of experience in market research, customer insights, Voice of Customer (VoC), product research, or a related research and insights role.
  • Demonstrated experience independently leading multiple market research projects end to end and delivering actionable insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with quantitative and qualitative market research methodologies, including surveys, interviews, sampling, questionnaire design, and data analysis.
  • Experience conducting customer and market research for SaaS, B2B, technology, or other complex products and services.
  • Experience using Qualtrics or similar platforms to design, program, deploy, and manage survey research.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to translate customer, market, and business information into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Strong presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, with experience communicating research findings and influencing internal cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Compensation Range:

$70,000.00-$100,000.00

Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process. Salary determination will be determined based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, demonstrated skills related to the requirements of the role, education, certifications, and geographic location.
