  • Identifying high-probability accounts within our ICP

  • Own outbound execution against a defined ICP
  • Build and qualify pipeline that meets strict deal criteria
  • Run discovery that separates interest from intent
  • Advance opportunities with clear next steps and deal logic
Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and CRM platforms to support prospecting efforts
  • Represent TCI's values of professionalism, accountability, and preparation in all interactions
Who Thrives in This Role
  • You don't care about activity metrics if they don't produce pipeline
  • You think in deals, not tasks

  • You want ownership before the close, not after
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B prospecting, business development, or sales development
  • Experience conducting discovery conversations and qualifying opportunities
  • Ability to work on-site in North Richland Hills, TX, Monday-Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
