Position Summary:

We're looking for a results driven, relationship-first Account Executive to grow our footprint within the loyalty, membership and association market. Our platform delivers member benefits, discounts, and perks as a SaaS subscription, and this role is focused on selling into associations, chambers of commerce, unions, and membership-based organizations who want to offer exclusive perks programs as a value-add to their members.

You'll own the full sales cycle - from prospecting association executives and membership directors to closing annual or multi-year subscription agreements - and play a key role in expanding our presence in a high-growth, underserved vertical.

What You'll Do:

  • Own a full-cycle sales pipeline: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Sell our perks/discounts SaaS subscription to associations, professional societies, chambers of commerce, unions, and membership organizations
  • Sell API and integrated product solutions, positioning technical integrations alongside the core subscription to expand deal value and deepen platform adoption
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers, including Executive Directors, VPs of Membership, and Member Experience leaders
  • Develop a deep understanding of each association's membership base to position perks programs as a member-acquisition and retention tool
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to the association/membership use case (member value, renewal rates, non-dues revenue)
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing structures, including tiered or per-member subscription models
  • Collaborate with Legal, Implementation, Customer Success and Marketing to ensure smooth onboarding and to drive expansion/upsell opportunities
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data in CRM (e.g. HubSpot)
  • Represent the company at association industry conferences and trade shows (e.g., ASAE, association management events)
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, with a track record of quota attainment
  • Experience selling to associations, nonprofits, membership organizations, or in the employee benefits/HR tech space strongly preferred
  • Comfortable selling subscription-based, recurring revenue models with multi-stakeholder buying committees
  • Comfortable selling ARR packages up to $100K in value
  • Strong discovery and consultative selling skills - able to connect perks/benefits programs to member retention, engagement, and non-dues revenue goals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both virtual and in-person
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Experience with CRM tools ( HubSpot, or similar) and sales engagement platforms (Apollo, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo and similar)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for industry conferences and in-person meetings

Nice to Have:

  • Existing network within the association management (AMC), chamber of commerce, or union space
  • Familiarity with non-dues revenue strategies and member value proposition development
  • Experience selling into associations, chambers of commerce, unions, and membership-based organizations
