We are looking to hire a Manufacturing Team Member to join our awesome team! 

Manufacturing Team Member - CNC Operator Benefits: 

  • Full-time - 2nd Shift (4PM-12AM)

**This is an estimate that includes base pay, plus our average bonus payout, plus shift differential and equals your average annual hourly pay.

Manufacturing Team Member - CNC Operator Requirements: 

  • No previous CNC or Machine Operator experience is required - training is conducted on the job for this position. 
  • High school diploma or GED is required. 
  • Certificate or degree is preferred for CNC Operator
  • Positive attitude and strong focus is required to run the CNC router effectively
  • Good communication with peers and supervisor. 
  • CNC Operator must have the ability to read and understand work orders. 
  • Must have the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions and deal with problems involving concrete variables


Manufacturing Team Member - CNC Operator Responsibilities: 

  • Learn from CNC programmer how to use the CNC machine
  • Learn and understand the diverse product line
  • Ability to read work orders and run pre-determined files with correct tooling and jigs to maximize productivity.
  • Set up and operate a 3 axis high speed CNC router
  • Perform inspection of machined products (including documentation of results)
  • Work with CNC programmers to diagnose and eliminate defective parts and machine downtime
  • Stop machines to remove finished work piece or change tooling, set up, or work piece placement according to required machine sequence
  • Position and secure work piece on machine bed, indexing table, fixture, or dispensing or holding device
  • CNC Operator must drive and operate a forklift to stage needed material
  • Maintain work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follow prescribed safety procedures
  • Actively promote workplace organization following established 5S criteria
  • Other duties may be assigned to meet the business needs.
