Job description

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Casa Grande, AZ 85193
Employment Type: W2 Contract – 7 Months with Possibility for Extensions
Pay Rate: $18.00–$19.09/hour – Determined based on experience (Paid Weekly)
Work Model: Fully Onsite
Schedule: 6:00 AM–6:30 PM

Note: This is a W2 only role — C2C and C2H will not be considered.


Role Overview

BEPC is actively seeking a Production Worker to support our client’s manufacturing operations in Casa Grande, AZ.

This position is responsible for the inspection, labeling, and packaging of raw and finished products in a regulated manufacturing environment. The Production Worker may also maintain production records in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and may perform duties within a cleanroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect raw materials and finished products according to established procedures.
  • Label and package products accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform visual inspections to identify product or packaging defects.
  • Follow established manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and quality requirements.
  • Maintain accurate production and manufacturing records as required.
  • Complete documentation in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Support manufacturing activities in a cleanroom environment when required.
  • Follow applicable safety, quality, and cleanliness procedures.
  • Maintain an organized and clean work area.
  • Communicate production or quality concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Meet established production and quality expectations.
  • Perform repetitive manufacturing and packaging tasks throughout the shift.
  • Follow instructions and complete assigned responsibilities under moderate supervision.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, packaging, or warehouse experience is preferred.
  • Ability to inspect, label, and package products accurately.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain accurate production documentation.
  • Willingness to work in a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to follow GMP, safety, and quality procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively under moderate supervision.
  • Comfortable performing repetitive production tasks.
  • Ability to work the full 6:00 AM–6:30 PM shift.


Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in manufacturing or production.

  • Packaging or product inspection experience.
  • Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment.
  • Previous cleanroom experience.
  • Experience completing manufacturing or production documentation.
  • Strong reliability, teamwork, and attention to quality.
