Horizon Systems is seeking a dedicated and experiencedProduction Supervisorto oversee fabrication operations. This role is essential to ensuring on-time delivery, product quality, and a safe, organized work environment.

The Role: Supervising Fabrication and Production Execution

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the cutting, fabrication, welding, and finishing of equipment to meet company-defined quality standards. You'll coordinate with multiple departments to ensure production schedules are met and team members are trained and supported. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining departmental scheduling to ensure on-time delivery
  • Prioritizing and delegating fabrication and assembly tasks
  • Supervising cutting, fabrication, and welding stages of production
  • Participating in weekly production meetings and communicating updates to the team
  • Coordinating with the Production Coordinator to ensure plasma cut part accuracy
  • Collaborating with the Quality Manager to implement quality standards
